Pastoral day at Darlington Ch Show was held on Sunday 20th September where Darren Clarke (Peluche) drew an entry of 23 Smooth Collies of which 2 were absent leaving 11 dogs & 10 bitches competing.
Ann French’s Ch Breckamore Bobby Dazzler for Swanndale won the Dog CC (by Wynele Show Time x Wynele Now Look At Me) and the RCC went to Trevor & Birgit Hayward & Claire Norman’s Ch Wynele Double Trouble at Foxearth (by Ch Wynele Indian Ink x Ch Foxearth Fudge Wynele).
Tracey & Dave Holmes & Abby Lusty’s Ch Blamorder Makers Mark JW won the Bitch CC & BOB (by Ch / Am & Can Grand Ch Cardross Red Dirt Road to Blamorder x McClelland Rule The World with Blamorder) and the RCC went to Marianne Benton’s Ch Blamorder Double or Quits of Oakestelle JW (by Ch Blamorder Audacity x Ch Blamorder The Hustler).
Marianne Benton’s Ch Oakestelle Artemis ShCEx VW won Best Veteran (by Juniperwood King Of Kings x Ch Oakestelle Venus De Milo VW ShCEx) and there were no puppies entered.
Sheringham & Dist held an open show on Sunday13th September where Gail Jacobs (Willowthorn) drew an entry of 3 Smooth Collies with 2 absent.
Marianne Benton’s Ch Blamorder Double or Quits of Oakestelle JW won BOB & went on to win Pastoral Group 2 judged by Sarah Smith – well done!
